Picard Salmon with risotto and creamy leek fondue

On today's menu: a nice salmon steak with an almond crust. Serve with a creamy risotto and leek fondue, cooked with mini button mushrooms. COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING: Microwave oven: Take the tub out of its cardboard box and peel off a corner of the plastic cover. Place it in the microwave and reheat for the indicated amount of time. Let to rest for 1 minute before serving. Microwave power level: 750W 8min - 900W 7min. Frying pan: Pour the contents of the tub into a hot frying pan with 3 to 4 tablespoons of water. Cover and reheat on low heat for 15 min, stirring gently.
