• Oven: Preheat oven to 210°C (thermostat setting 7). Place the shells on a rack lined with baking paper, supporting them with crumpled pieces of aluminium foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for the indicated time: - Fan oven: 25 mins - Conventional oven: 30 mins
