Picard Small Bakery Baguettes

These two French-leavened mini baguettes are sure to tantalise your taste buds with their attractively coloured crumb and lightly floured crust. A delicious treat for everyday meals. Even better, these baguettes are made using Label Rouge wheat flour.

Made in France from wheat flour of French origin.

• 24 hours in the fridge

• 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment

• Keep frozen below - 18°C until the date indicated on the packaging

Do not refreeze after defrosting

• Oven : For best results, we recommend reheating in the oven. Preheat oven to 180°C (thermostat setting 6). Place the mini baguettes on a rack on the middle shelf and leave to cook for the indicated time.

-Conventional oven: 13-15 mins

-Fan oven: 12-14 mins

Defrosting -

• Microwave oven: Remove the mini baguettes from their packaging and place them in the microwave. Defrost for approximately 3 minutes on the defrost setting. For a crispier crust, slice the mini baguettes and place them in your toaster for 1-2 minutes on a medium setting.

Air fryer: Place a baguette in the air fryer basket and cook at 160°C for 10 mins. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
