Picard Spanish Style Vegetable Rice

This rice dish is served with a sauce made from tomato paste, olive oil, crab stock and fish stock. It is cooked with peas and red and green peppers. The whole dish is delicately seasoned with saffron, turmeric and chili pepper, giving it a subtle spicy touch. It brings a sunny Mediterranean flavour to all your fish and white meat dishes.

Produced in France using rice grown in the EU (Spain and/or Greece and/or Italy).

• Microwave Oven : Place the desired quantity of rice in a suitable dish, cover, and cook for the time indicated below, stirring halfway through.

- 750 W : 8min
- 900 W : 7min


• Frying Pan : Pour the desired quantity of rice into a hot frying pan. Cover and cook over medium heat for the time indicated below, stirring regularly.
