Preparation and Usage
COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING:
•Steamer: In a steamer placed over simmering water, cover and cook for 12 minutes.
•Saucepan: Once the water is boiling, cook for 6 minutes.
•Pressure cooker: Once the valve is turning, cook for 8 minutes.
•Microwave oven: Add a splash of water, cover and leave to cook for the time indicated. Microwave power level: For 300 g: 750W 12 min - 900W 9 min. For 600 g: 750W 20 min - 900 W 17 min
