Preparation and Usage
After defrosting : To prepare fruit salads and smoothies or to enhance your yogurts, porridges
and acai bowls.
Fridge : Defrost for 5 hours in a single layer in a suitable dish before serving
immediately.
Microwave oven (on the defrost setting - 150W):
Place the desired amount of fruit into a suitable dish and defrost: for 150 g: 6 min - for 300 g: 9 mins. Stir half way through. Leave to rest for 5 minutes in the fridge before immediately consuming.
