Picard - Thin-Cut Bistro French Fries

These tasty, light and crispy golden thin cut French fries only need a few minutes in the oven before being devoured.
No frying. No odours. No need to add fat. They make everyone happy... and they'll quickly become a family favourite!

Made in Belgium from potatoes grown in Belgium, France and the Netherlands.

• 24 hours in the fridge in a suitable dish
• 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment
• Keep frozen below - 18°C until the date indicated on the packaging
Do not refreeze after defrosting

Oven: Heat the oven to 180°C. Spread the chips on a tray in a single layer. Place on the middle shelf in the oven and let cook for the indicated time. Turn half way through cooking:
-Conventional oven: 25 min - Fan oven: 20 min.


Deep fryer: Submerge the required quantity of fries in hot oil (maximum 175°C) without overfilling the frying pan. Let them cook for 3 minutes 30 until light gold in colour. Place the chips on absorbent kitchen roll to remove any excess fat.
