How to Cook:
4 mins
1. Bring 500 ml of water to boil in a saucepan.
2. Pour 2 tbsp* of mini stars into the boiling water.
3. Cook for 4 mins, depending on the desired consistency.
4. Drain and season the pasta.

With broth
1. Bring 200/250 ml of water or broth to boil in a small saucepan.
2. Pour 2 tbsp* of mini stars into the boiling water or broth.
3. Cook for 4 minutes depending on the desired consistency.
Serving size:
2 Tbsp baby pasta = approx 24g*

Ratatouille
A delicious veggie sauce the whole family can enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Onion, chopped,
3 Cloves garlic, crushed
3 Peppers, diced
2 Aubergines, diced
1 Courgette, diced
400g Can chopped toms
2 Tbsp tomato puree
1 Tsp mixed herbs

Method:
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large pan & soften the onion and garlic for about 7-10 mins.
Add 1 tbsp oil, peppers, aubergines & courgette and fry for about 5 mins before adding the tomatoes, tomato puree, herbs, seasoning and 4 tbsps water.
Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Serve over baby pasta with freshly grated Parmesan.
