Grown on sand banks between the Mediterranean Sea and the lagoons of the Camargue, the estate is one of France's most improbable vineyards, and one of its oldest. The vines date back to 1883 and grow ungrafted. Thanks to the sand soil, the vines survived the phylloxera crisis. Today, the estate spans 924 ha within a protected Natura 2000 ecosystem. Pink Flamingo takes its name from the thousands of flamingos that inhabit the wetlands surrounding Domaine Royal de Jarras in the Camargue. The estate sits within one of Europe's richest biodiversity corridors, home to hundreds of animal and plant species. The vineyard is fully organic. Viticulture exists alongside flamingos, wild horses and salt marshes. This distinctive terroir influences the grapes with a minerality and purity that are reflected in the wines' unique character.

Pale salmon in colour with a golden hue. The nose opens with red berries, peach and apricot, followed by subtle notes of exotic fruit. The palate is vibrant with beautifully balanced freshness. A lingering finish with minerality and distinct saline note.

Pink Flamingo Organic Gris Rosé is made exclusively from the finest and purest first-press juice, the tête de cuvée. To capture the freshness and delicacy of the fruit, the grapes are harvested at night, reducing the impact of heat and preserving aromatic qualities. This method allows for a slower, more controlled fermentation process, which enhances the vibrancy and intensity of the wines. Grenache leads the blend, complemented by Cinsault.
