Onion crisps
I wish I'd read the other reviews before buying these crisps! I love Pipers crisps in general, and I have had other brands of black pepper crisps which I liked. But these taste very strongly of onion, so unless you love oniony crisps give these a miss. A real disappointment.
Best S&P crisps
Simply the best salt and pepper crisps - albeit at a price.
Leagues above any other brand!
Pipers Crisps are outstanding - leagues above any other brand. We tried all 7 flavours and each one is superb. The crisps are enormous and have a gorgeous crisp, crunchy fresh texture and the most glorious flavours. They only use sunflower oil, not cheap harmful rapeseed oil which many brands have started to add, and they are British with locally sourced ingredients. The Atlas Mountains Wild Thyme & Rosemary are the best crisps I have ever eaten. Their whole range is outstanding!
Taste like cheese onion
These are very very strange crisps. I was eating them and I wondered what I could taste because it wasnt black pepper and/or saltthen I realised they actually taste like cheese and onion which, had I known, I would never brought them! All day Ive been burping up cheese and onion crisps with no recollection of ever purchasing such a product. Really horrible crisps.
Taste like cheese & onion crisps!
Very disappointing. Over-salty, hot more than peppery, and leaving the distinct aftertaste of cheese&onion flavour, which I've never liked. Only good point is the crispiness, which remains long after opening. Won't buy again,
