Cook it our way
1. Prepare your pizza. Remove all packaging including base disc.
Even out the toppings.
2. Hot and fast. Put your pizza on the top shelf of the oven, once the oven has reached 200°C. Ideally use a preheated pizza stone or a pizza pan with holes in the base. It is fine to put it directly on the oven rack, but never on a solid baking tray.
3. Is it ready? Cook for 8-10 minutes. The cheese will have gone golden brown and the base nice and crispy all the way to the centre.

Eat it your way
In our restaurants you can have pizzas exactly how you want them.
Many people like to add freshly ground black pepper, but here are some other ideas.
Feel like some salad?
Scatter over some fresh rocket after cooking.
Love Parmesan?
Grate or shave over some fresh Parmesan after cooking.
A little hotter?
After cooking crumble over some dried pepperoncini chilli flakes or finely sliced fresh chilli.

Cooking Instructions - General. Make sure your pizza is piping hot before serving. Remember, these are just guidelines - as any seasoned pizzaiolo will tell you, every oven is different!
For irresistible results, cook from chilled; Oven cook - From Chilled. 1. First, preheat your oven to the recommended temperature below.
2. Unwrap your pizza, remove all packaging, and spread out the toppings evenly.
3. Place directly on the top shelf of your preheated oven for a perfectly crisp base.
4. Cook to the timings below.
5. It's showtime! Remove carefully, slice and serve.

Fan 200℃, 9 mins
Gas 7, 9 mins; Oven cook - From Frozen. 1. First, preheat your oven to the recommended temperature below.
2. Unwrap your pizza, remove all packaging, and spread out the toppings evenly.
3. Place directly on the top shelf of your preheated oven for a perfectly crisp base.
4. Cook to the timings below.
5. It's showtime! Remove carefully, slice and serve.

Fan 180℃, 14 mins

Our pizza is fridge and freezer-friendly, so you can save it for a rainy day. A few tips if you do, if freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and enjoy within 1 month. Once thawed, do not refreeze (our pizzas deserve better). You can find the use by date on the front of pack.
