Cook it the Pizzaexpress Way
1. Preheat oven.
2. Remove all packaging. Re-top the bread with any loose mozzarella found in the pack.
3. Place the bread on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
5. Once cooked, remove carefully from the oven.
