Preparation and Usage
Over life, small black spots may develop within the dough. These are specks of bran which are naturally occurring within the flour. These will not have any adverse effect on the quality of the dough and will disappear during the cooking process.
Cooking guidelines
Oven cook - From Ambient. 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 and remove the pizza dough from the packaging to use immediately.
2. Unroll the pizza dough carefully and place the dough, whilst still on the baking paper, on to a baking tray.
3. Get creative! Start by adding our PizzaExpress Pizza Sauce and Pizza Cheese to your base, plus any other toppings you'd like.
4. Once topped, cook in your pre-heated oven for 16-18 minutes. You'll know the pizza is cooked when the toppings are golden brown and the base is crispy.
5. Now time to enjoy!
