Flour is a raw ingredient and must be cooked or baked before eating. P.S. Small black spots may be present within the dough, these are pieces of bran which are naturally occurring in our dough and will not affect the quality of the product.

Oven cook - From Chilled. 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 and remove the pizza dough from the packaging to use immediately.
2. Unroll the pizza dough carefully and place the dough, whilst still on the baking paper, onto a baking tray.
3. We suggest to start, you use 4 tbsp of passata and 1 ball of drained and torn mozzarella cheese to create a tasty base recipe, plus any extra toppings you'd like to add.
4. Once topped, cook in your pre-heated oven for 16-18 minutes. You'll know the pizza is cooked when the toppings are golden brown and the base is crispy.
