Vinification details

The grapes used to make this wine are harvested by hand or mechanical and undergo destemming and traditional crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 25-26°C for 8-10 days. After we done malolactic fermentation, the wine is then stored in stainless steel tanks.
