Aromas of summer fruits on a slightly herbaceous backdrop. A medium-bodied style yet robust on the palate and will stand up to truffle and oily dishes. The estate benefits from the Veneto region's plentiful rainfall (average of 1200-1400mm annually) and a continental climate with cold winters and warm, humid summers. The vines are planted on pebbly soil which allows good drainage. The vineyard is farmed organically and grapes are hand harvested and carefully selected.

Vinification details
Classic red vinification without the addition of sulphur dioxide. Fermentation was activated with selected yeasts, which produce limited sulphur dioxide, and took place at a controlled temperature of 25 degrees for one week. The wine was then filtered and stored in tanks at a controlled temperature to avoid oxidation.
