Regional information
The estate benefits from the Veneto region's plentiful rainfall (average of 1200-1400mm annually) and a continental climate with cold winters and warm, humid summers. The vines are planted on pebbly soil which allows good drainage. The vineyard is farmed organically and grapes are hand harvested and carefully selected.

Vinification details
Classic red wine vinification without the addition of SO2. The grapes are hand harvested and fermentation is activated using selected yeasts. This occurs in stainless steel at a temperature of 25C for one week. The wine is then filtered and stored in temperature-controlled tanks prior to bottling.
