Product information
The estate benefits from the Veneto region's plentiful rainfall (average of 1200-1400mm annually) and a continental climate with cold winters and warm, humid summers. The vines are planted on pebbly soil which allows good drainage. The vineyard is farmed organically and grapes are hand harvested and carefully selected. Fresh, light and zingy with a fruity palate and a savoury complexity, including notes of toasted almonds and walnut. Ideal as an aperitif and excellent served alongside creamy chickpea and courgette dishes, as well as vegan sushi.
