Founded in 1959, the Adega Cooperativa de Ponte de Lima is situated in the ancient town of Ponte de Lima, Portugal's oldest town, and represents around 2000 growers, their families and workers, making it one of the major contenders for the increasingly fashionable Vinho Verde within the area.

Vinification details
Grapes are destemmed and crushed as soon as they arrive at the cooperative. After pressing, alcoholic fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of between 18°C and 20°C
