Ingredients
160gr Short Pasta
185gr Ponti Zero Olio® Grilled Champignon Mushrooms
50gr Chopped Giant Pitted Green Olives
5gr Basil
Salt
Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ponti Aceto Balsamico di Modena P.G.I.


Method
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta, cook until al dente, then drain and rinse well under cold water. Place the drained and rinsed pasta in a large bowl, add chopped giant pitted green olives, Ponti Zero Olio® Grilled Champignon Mushrooms, basil and mix well. Season with pepper and extra virgin olive oil and serve with a few drops of Ponti Aceto Balsamico di Modena P.G.I.
