Portobello Road Calabrian Bergamot Citrus Vodka

Each bottle of Portobello Road Potato Vodka is distilled from almost three kilograms of British potatoes. After the first column still distillation, the alcohol is then distilled again in a copper pot still, this time in the presence of sacrificial copper, to remove any unpleasant tasting flavour compounds. We then add the purest filtered water before bottling, resulting in a vodka full of character and elegance, and free from any hidden additives.

Citrus Bergamia: Bergamot Orange is thought to be a hybrid of the lemon and the bitter orange and possesses a richly aromatic and zesty peel. The fruits are harvested from a short strip of land in the Reggio di Calabria region of Southern Italy.
