Potofino & Tonic:
50ml Portofino Dry Gin
120ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic
Garnish Lemon peel, Rosemary sprig


Add all the ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice and mix gently with a spoon before garnishing.


Portofino Paloma:
40 ml Portofino Dry Gin
20 ml Agave nectar
15 ml Lime juice
Top up Fever Tree pink grapefruit soda
Garnish Pink grapefruit slice


Add all the ingredients except from the soda into a shaker filled with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a highball glass with ice cubes.
Top with pink grapefruit soda and garnish with slice of grapefruit.
