Make it Traditional
Heat the sauce in a pan on the hob on a medium heat until piping hot. Separately fry or bake 2 breaded chicken breasts and when cooked serve with the Katsu Curry Sauce and steamed rice.
Alternatively cook 400g of diced Chicken in a frying pan with the sauce until cooked through.

Make it Vegan
Add 300-400g of diced soya protein pieces and this sauce to a pan. Heat over a medium heat until simmering and the pieces are piping hot.
Serve with Basmati or Pilau rice.
