Make It Traditional
Add the sauce to a frying pan along with 400g diced boneless white fish such as cod. Bring to a simmer and continue to cook on a medium heat until the fish is thoroughly cooked. Serve with Basmati rice or dosa pancakes.
Make It Vegan
Stir fry 400-500g vegetables such as peppers, aubergines, courgettes or green beans cut to bite size pieces (or dice soya protein). Add the sauce and cook until piping hot. Serve with Basmati rice or dosa pancakes.
