Potts Korma Curry. We've used fresh turmeric root in our version of this classic mild curry sauce and added toasted coconut for extra depth.

Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate, use within 3 days

Serves 2 Serving Suggestion - Cook 400g of chicken or prawns briefly in a hot pan until sealed. Add this sauce with a little water to rinse the last of the sauce from the can. Bring to a simmer and cook on a medium heat until the meat or prawns is thoroughly cooked. Serve with basmati or pilau rice.
