Potts Korma Curry. We've used fresh turmeric root in our version of this classic mild curry sauce and added toasted coconut for extra depth.

Cooking Instructions

Make it traditional
Cook 400g of chicken or prawns briefly in a hot pan until sealed. Add this sauce with a little water to rinse the last of the sauce from the can. Bring to a simmer and cook on a medium heat until the meat or prawns are thoroughly cooked. Serve with Basmati or Pilau rice.

Make it vegan
Fry a sliced onion in a little oil. Add 200g diced soya protein pieces, 200g chopped spinach and a splash of water.
Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes until piping hot. Serve with Basmati and Pilau rice.
