Make it traditional
Fry 400-500g pork mince in a little olive oil until almost cooked. Add the Ragù and bring to a simmer, cook until piping hot and the pork is thoroughly cooked. Serve stirred through cooked Penne, Conchiglie or other shaped pasta.
Make it vegan
Cook as the traditional method but used soy protein mince. Alternatively heat sauce in a pan until piping hot and stir in 300-400g cooked rice, serve with steamed green beans or grilled Portobello mushrooms.
