Cooking instructions
Make it traditional
Coat 400g of diced chicken with a teaspoon of paprika, the juice of a lemon and a pinch of salt. Grill the chicken until thoroughly cooked.
Add the chicken and sauce to a pan and cook until simmering. Serve with basmati or pilau rice.

Make it vegan
Add 300-400g of diced soya protein pieces and this sauce to a pan and heat over a medium heat until simmering and pieces are piping hot.
Serve with basmati or pilau rice.
