Potts Tikka Masala. The essential curry sauce, ours has a bt more oomph from roasted cumin and smoked chilli.

Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate, use within 3 days

Serves 2 Serving Suggestion -Coat 400g of diced chicken with a teaspoon of paprika, the juice of a lemon and a pinch of salt. Grill the chicken until thoroughly cooked. Add the chicken and the sauce to a pan and cook until simmering. Serve with basmati or pilau rice.
