Shake the container vigorously 3 times
For the first use: Turn the nozzle to unlock
Hold the container vertically and push on the mechanism
After use, rinse the nozzle under hot water and keep the container in the fridge

Storage:
Before opening, store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 10 days. Place the container in the fridge for 2 hours minimum before use. Not suitable for freezing.
Best before: see bottom of the container.
