Pour the contents into a suitable saucepan. Heat gently over a medium heat, stirring regularly, until the meal is piping hot.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and do not pierce film.
Microwave for 3 minutes on 800w.
The valve will make an audible whistle to indicate that the meal is ready.
Leave to stand for one minute before serving.
Ensure product is piping hot. Remove film, stir meal and carefully transfer onto a plate or bowl.
