Instructions
Each 10g serving of Flora pro.activ spread contains 0.75g of plant sterols. Health experts agree that 2-2.5g of plant sterols a day is optimal for cholesterol lowering. More than 3g is not recommended.
Check with your doctor first if you are already taking cholesterol lowering medication, or if you have special dietary needs (i.e. you are pregnant or breast-feeding) and before giving to children under five.

Price Increase
Have been buying this for some time, but not at this price.
Recipe changed
I have eaten Pro Active Buttery for years but it now tastes like cheap margarine. Not sure what has changed but I know I will be.
Not an ordinary food item!
Great for adults who need to lower cholesterol I'm sure, but take notice of the label warnings before buying for a family. Safety Warning: "Not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol level. Not suitable for pregnant or breast-feeding women and children under 5 years."
My go to spread for good flavour
Of all the similar types of spread I prefer this for the flavour. I have to trust that it's helping my cholesterol but I go with that and hope that it helps a little.
I like the taste
The price increase is shocking.
Stopped buying after price hike
I used to buy this but have now switched due to the price increase. Sorry, not worth it.
