We buy this for the alleged health benefits rather than the taste but it's a pretty good all rounder. It has a very mild flavour and spreads well on bread and toast. The massive price hike over the past year makes it less appealing but if you're watching your cholesterol, it does seem to help.

Nice but crazy price hike

From £3.20 to £4.60 overnight sorry will be buying at a more reasonable price of £3.25 from Morrisons until Ocado stop being greedy

tried this one and olive oil and prefer the latter but this is still really good so just one star less for my personal preference

Have been using this for years and will keep buying it. Spreads well and melts nicely on toast.
