Is it rice? Is it pasta? Neither, actually: it’s our super-tasty, protein-packed red lentil orzo. Perfect for meal prepping and energy-pepping, it’s made entirely from organic red lentils, and nothing else. That’s zero artificial additives. Just clean eating, and easy living.


Whether you want a healthy, simple way to get protein into a vegan diet – or to supercharge your meal preps with some plant-based oomph – our red lentil orzo is your ultimate cupboard staple. As a delicious alternative to pasta - it’s a gluten-free source of fibre for healthier, happier digestion. Plus it’s grain-free too, so it’s a spot-on substitute for rice.


It even cooks like pasta and rice. Try it cooked in a pre-prepped salad – just add tomatoes, olives, vegan cheese, and pesto. Or fry it in olive oil with garlic, tomatoes and shallots, add coconut milk and basil and let it simmer for a quick, delicious risotto.

Bring water & a touch of salt to the boil (1l of water for every 100g of orzo). Add orzo & simmer for 5-6 mins, stirring occasionally. Drain & serve.

Not suitable for egg or soya allergy sufferers due to manufacturing methods.
