As a delicious alternative to pasta - it’s a gluten-free source of fibre for healthier, happier digestion. Plus it’s grain-free too, so it’s a spot-on substitute for rice.


It even cooks like pasta and rice. Try it cooked in a pre-prepped salad – just add tomatoes, olives, vegan cheese, and pesto. Or fry it in olive oil with garlic, tomatoes and shallots, add coconut milk and basil and let it simmer for a quick, delicious risotto.

Cooking instructions: Bring water & a touch of salt to the boil (1L of water for every 100g of orzo). Add orzo & simmer for 4-6 mins, stirring occasionally.
Drain & serve.
