Preparation and Usage
Purition Smoothie: Blend 40 or 50g of Purition with 200-250ml of your favourite cold milk | Yoghurt Bowl: Mix 40g of Purition with 125-150g of plain or Greek yoghurt | Low-carb Porridge: Stir 40-50ml of boiling water or hot milk into 40-50g Purition | Overnight Oats: Add 40g of Purition and 40g of oats to 150ml of milk and refridgerate overnight.
