A delicious modern interpretation of Neapolitan pizza with a thick and nicely honey-combed crust combined with a crisp dough consistency that never makes it soft, but always fragrant. The long leavening process and selected ingredients make it synonymous with goodness and excellence. The dough is kneaded strictly by hand using microfiltered sea water, which provides the added benefit of mineral salts.

Store in the fridge at a temperature between 0°C and +8°C.
Do not pierce the packaging. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume shortly after opening.

The Dough is partly baked and has been previously frozen.
Remove all packaging.
Place directly on an oven rack. Oven cooking times may vary depending on the oven. The suggested cooking times below are for the dough excluding any toppings, and are as a guide only.


Oven Cook in a Fan oven from Chilled (Pre-heat the oven to the highest indicated temperature (but not more than 250°C):
220°C Fan/Gas 7 Bake for 6-8 minutes
250°C Fan/Gas 9 Bake for 5-6 minutes


Oven Cook in a Refractory oven from Chilled (Pre-heat the oven to 350°C):
Bake for 3-4 minutes
