Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place tenders into basket. Shake halfway.
Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cook from frozen, remove all packaging. For best results oven cook.

Preheat oven and baking tray to 200°C/Fan 180ºC/Gas 5.
Cook on the middle shelf.
