Cooking guidelines

Cooking Instructions - General. Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging.
For best result oven cook.

Simply heat your sauce then add Quorn Fillets.
Stir, cover and simmer for 12 minutes.
Stir occasionally.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 15 mins
Preheat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Brush with oil. Place on a baking tray.
Cook on the middle shelf.
