Raju Smokey BBQ Tamarind Sauce

A smoky barbecue sauce with a sweet and sour tamarind tang, somewhere between a classic BBQ sauce and a really good brown sauce. Use it as a glaze, a marinade or a dip. All natural, nothing artificial, made by a small Manchester brand bringing South Asian flavour to everyday cooking.
Great on a bacon sandwich, or in a cheese sandwich instead of pickle. Try it as a glaze on chicken wings or pork belly, brushed over lamb koftas, or in a stir fry with paneer. Anything you'd put brown sauce or pickle on, this does better.
Try it with
● Bacon sandwiches, sausages and burgers
● Cheese sandwiches and cheese boards, in place of pickle
● Chicken wings and pork belly, as a glaze
● Lamb koftas, lamb chops, anything lamb
● Paneer, in a stir fry or off the grill
● Roasted or grilled aubergine
● As a dip for spring rolls, samosas and chips
