so delicious!

I drink a tablespoon of this a day in a large glass of water to help reduce glucose spikes throughout the day and this is by far my favourite. A little heat from the ginger (not overpowering). If youre looking for a vinegar to have as a drink this is perfect.

Makes a lovely dressing

I was given this to review. I'm not usually a great fan of ginger but it made a lovely dressing for salad.

Great for a zingy salad dressing

I mixed this with some oil and made a salad dressing. Not too overpowering, but lovely zingy flavour. I am a big ginger fan anyway and thoroughly enjoyed this. Looking forward to trying it out in recipes and other things!

Interesting but expensive tonic

I tried this product as I am interested in products with supposed health benefits. I tried it as a tonic. It has a really strong flavour, and a bit too overwhelming. I am looking forward to trying it as a salad dressing. I wish they did a smaller bottle that I could have tried - it is a high price.
