Our story began when founder David Begg started experimenting with incredible loose-leaf teas. He was searching for an answer to a very real problem: the lack of a drink worth choosing for those not drinking alcohol. Our home is the purpose-built, first-of-its-kind Fermentery on the Waddesdon Estate in Buckinghamshire. A place with the provenance of a winery and the ambition of a start-up. The home of something so delicious it is inexplicable. Built on sustainable principles, it is where we experiment, grow and welcome friends of REAL into our world of flavour and fermentation
