Our exceptional award winning organic Nocellara Del Belice olives are picked on the shores of the Mediterranean by our trusted growers - people who, like us, believe in the unhurried rhythms of the olive tree. In south west Sicily lies the Valle Del Belice, home to a large green olives renowned for its succulent flesh and deliate flavour. Our olives are always slowly marinated using cold-pressed oils. Why? This keeps them at their freshest and tastiest whilst maintaining all of the goodness in the oils.
