Preparation and Usage


Recommended preparation


Thawing
Remove from freezer to 4°C fridge 8 hours before cooking. Once thawed, use within 48h. Do not refreeze after defrosting.


Cooking


Preparation in an oven:
Preheat oven to 190°C. Season the Flank Steak with 1 table spoon of oil, salt, and black pepper. Place it in the oven and roast it for about 12 min.


Preparation in a pan:
In a pan, heat up 1 tablespoon of oil over medium to high heat. Add the Flank Steak to the pan and sear it for 3 minutes on every side (12 minutes in total).


The product must be thoroughly heated until it has reached a core temperature of at least 72°C before consumption.

Cooking guidelines

Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Before cooking, defrost the steak in the refrigerator for 8 hours. In a pan, heat up 2 tbsp. of oil over medium to high heat. Add the steak to the pan and sear for 3 min on each side (12 min in total). Season with salt and black pepper. For the best results, slice with the grain. The product must be thoroughly heated until it has reached a core temperature of at least 72°C before consumption.
