Before using, thaw the desired amount needed, under refrigeration, for 12 hours.


The product is only suitable for eating once thoroughly roasted or fried until the centre reaches a min of 72°C


Preparation in pan - heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add the pulled beef to the pan and fry for at least 4 min until browned while stirring and add seasoning."

Shallow Fry - From Frozen. The product must be thoroughly heated until it has reached a core temperature of at least 72°C before consumption. Defrost for 8 hours in the refrigerator before cooking.
Preparation in a pan: heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the pulled and fry for 8 minutes. Stir the pulled constantly, and season to taste.
