Keep Frozen

The product must be thoroughly heated until it has reached a core temperature of at least 72°C before consumption. Defrost for 8 hours in the refrigerator before cooking. Preparation in a pan: heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the Shawarma and fry for 9 minutes. Stir constantly, and season with salt and black pepper.
