Rempapa comes from the word ‘rempah’, which means spice paste in Malay. Founded by cookery writer Shu Han Lee, Rempapa's range of coconut milks, curry pastes, sambals are packed with the flavours she grew up loving and make cooking incredible Southeast Asian dishes at home fun and simple.

Glorious combined with any of our spice pastes to create curries, stirred in at the end of a dish to add body (much like regular dairy cream), or whipped to silky peaks for vegan bakes. It’s thicker and richer than our coconut milk so a little goes a long way.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days.

Shake well before use, natural separation may occur, especially when cold.

Made without gums or emulsifiers, the rich coconut cream may rise and solidify. This is completely normal and in fact a sign of purity and high quality.

Simply shake, stir, or gently warm to restore a smooth texture. The thick cream on top is also perfect for frying curry pastes or adding richness to desserts.
