Slightly bitter
I was given this to review. Was greatly looking forward to trying this after reading the wonderful reviews. Unfortunately it was hugely disappointing. First of all had our socks knocked off by the initial booziness (I am a whisky drinker, but this was another level) the champagne taste came after and was slightly bitter. I do not believe there was anything wrong with the cognac but it was hugely unpalatable. Maybe it will work in a cocktail...
Excellent and smooth
Reasonably expensive but very decent smooth cognac for neat drinking
Very good cognac
I was sent this to review by Ocado and was very happy I was. Although not a big cognac drinker this is lovely, very smooth and of great quality...Will keep for special occasions...
My husband really enjoyed this brandy.
I was sent this brandy and asked to give a review. As I am a non drinker I asked my husbands opinion. He found the brandy to be smooth and fruity with a hint of oak made even nicer when warmed and drunk after a nice evening meal. I enjoyed the smell while he was drinking it too.
Very nice
I’m leaving a review as was given free sample by Ocado. We tried it one night and it was delicious. Will definitely try again.
Would make a nice present.
Very smooth cognac which you would expect from Remy Martin, doesn't burn the back of the throat like cheap brandy.
