Subtle but do relax me

I liked these but have found using the rescue cream as a hand or foot cream before bed is more effective for me.

expensive

Sorry these dont work for me I still wake every hour or two during the night straight from REM sleep feeling awful. In addition dry mouth and a tickle in my throat that causes coughing. Kalms are cheaper and just as ineffective.

Too big

These were not cheap but I thought they would be worth trying. They are very very big capsules and really too big to swallow in one go. Do they have to be SO big? Powder inside so cant cut in half. They might be good but Ill never know. Disappointing.
