Great portion size
I used this for lunch at work and it was a perfect portion size per tin. The tuna was tasty and nice in oil as we usually use spring water. The cans were also ring pull which is really helpful.
my kids loved it
really tasty tuna in handy size tins
Top notch tuna
Whilst a little pricey, this tuna really hit the spot. I liked the tin sizes, but I do hope they get recycled properly. The tune itself was better than the typical supermarket tuna brands and it made the meal more enjoyable.
I usually buy tuna in spring water by a leading, well known competitor, I had assumed all tinned tuna was created equal. Not at all the case! I drained as much oil as I could from the tins, added salad cream, a couple of tablespoons of fat free yoghurt and a handful of chopped spring onion and spooned it onto a large mixed salad. I was surprised to find this tuna had much more flavour than my usual brand and almost tasted sweet. it was absolutely delicious and will certainly be a regular item on my shopping. I liked that they were smaller sizes tins as well, meaning I could have one pot to myself, without waste. Recommended.
lovely tuna, handy tins, makes great tuna mayo!
I was sent this to review and we have enjoyed lots of tuna mayo sandwiches- really tasty tuna- recommend!
Great tuna with a huge price tag
I was sent this to review... I would never in a million years pay this much for tinned tuna. Sadly for me, it really is a different level of quality to my usual purchase. The flesh is soft and sweet, and makes my usual tuna seem dry and tough. Though not in big chunks like I'm used to, since I normally end up stiring the chunks up anyway to go into a sandwich, this doesn't bother me, but be warned it doesn't hold together that well. Is it worth the huge price tag? Not sure. If I get a huge pay rise or win the lottery though this will definitely be my go to tuna.
