Perfect for Risotto
Best rice for a creamy, sumptuous risotto.
This made the best Risotto I have made for ages...lovely texture to the grains which results in that perfect risotto for creaminess and bite-highly recommended!
Really happy with this. Full of favour. 100% recommend.
To my mind carnaroli is the nicest risotto rice, and this is by far the best make. Highly recommended.
As an incompetent cook that ought to take out insurance before serving up and who has made many a dire risotto before, this rice and Delia's recipe for baked risotto Carbonara made restaurant, a good restaurant, quality risotto. Superb. Very creamy, very delicious, I was actually asked if I had made it myself from scratch, suspiciously good, someone else had to have had a hand in it, it was concluded.
definitely the best
Makes the most wonderfully creamy risotto and well worth the extra money.
