Intriguing, complex, unusual, outstanding
Roastworks coffees are the real deal and I have enjoyed every one I have tried, but this one is probably my favourite so far. As a V60 filter coffee, it has so many layers and nuances of flavour that it is almost overwhelming. It has just a very slightly tropical/fermented quality which may or may not to be your taste, but in my opinion really contributes to its full, complex flavour. It's quite different from most 'typical' coffees, and is really intriguing if you want to try something a little different. Overall, an outstanding specialty coffee.
just not to my taste but others may love it
Very fruity . Very very interesting flavour . Strong mid notes that almost hide the taste of coffee. Its really unusual. I grew up on Kenyan coffee and thought this might be similar but it really was uniquely different
Pleasant
Im reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. I am not a huge coffee drinker myself but enjoy a few lattes or cappuccinos during the week. Pleasant taste with frothed milk, beautiful aroma and good quality beans. Overall very nice but didnt noticed a massive difference compared to some of the cheaper options. Would recommend if you dont mind paying a bit more for good quality beans.
tasty & refreshing
I was given the beans to review. I don't normally buy beans but thought I'd give it a go & it was not bother to grind at all - made a lovely fresh brew, not too bitter, nice & fruity.
Tasty, but expensive
I quite liked this coffee but it's expensive for the quantity. Good flavour!
Mixed reactions
Not to my taste. Mixed reactions in the family but overwhelmingly negative responses to the very different flavour.
